1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "oltoto," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the oltoto platform, operated by oltoto International Gaming Ltd., and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the oltoto platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by you upon successful registration on the oltoto platform.
• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the oltoto website, mobile applications, and all associated online gaming and betting services provided by oltoto.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a user on a game, sporting event, or other betting market offered on the oltoto platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in your oltoto account, including deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus balances.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by oltoto to confirm your identity, age, and residency status.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match, cashback, or other incentive offered by oltoto to users under specific promotional terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and oltoto. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you explicitly agree to comply with these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you are not authorized to use the oltoto platform and must cease access immediately.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment or update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the oltoto platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. oltoto strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension.
• Residency: You must be a legal resident of Indonesia. oltoto does not accept users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia. You affirm that you are not legally prohibited from gambling due to any prior self-exclusion, court order, or regulatory restriction.
• Single Account: Each user is permitted to register only one account on oltoto. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

By registering on oltoto, you represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and truthful. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of oltoto services, you must create a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number (Indonesian number preferred)
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (IDR / Rupiah)
• Username and secure password

KYC Verification: oltoto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations, all users must complete the KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license)
• A recent selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

All submitted documents are reviewed by our compliance team, typically within 24-48 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawals and may lead to account suspension. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your oltoto account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Notify oltoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Liability for Unauthorized Use: You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. oltoto is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at support@oltoto.cam.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

oltoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000
Maximum Deposit: Rp 50.000.000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP accounts)
Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In rare cases, delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or security checks.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees. Deposited funds may only be used for placing wagers on oltoto.

6.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name
• You must have completed the wagering requirements for any active bonuses
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes

Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000
Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction
Processing Time: Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 5-30 minutes. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for additional security verification.

Withdrawal Fees: oltoto does not charge fees on standard bank withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond our control.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

oltoto is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our AML obligations, we reserve the right to:

• Request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals
• Freeze accounts pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities
• Refuse service to users who fail to comply with AML verification requests

7. Bonuses and Promotions

oltoto offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet the specified criteria (e.g., new users, depositors, VIP members).
• Opt-In Required: Most bonuses require you to manually opt in before they are credited to your account.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically 5x to 20x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type.
• Expiry Date: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days).
• Maximum Bet Limits: While playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits may apply (e.g., Rp 50.000 per bet).
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from bonus play or contribute differently toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or colluding with other users, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and potential account termination. oltoto reserves the right to withhold bonuses or void winnings if abuse is suspected.

Detailed terms for each promotion are published on the oltoto promotions page and in your account dashboard. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

When placing wagers on the oltoto platform, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• Fair Play: All users must engage in fair play. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by oltoto. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect irregularities or errors in odds.
• Obvious Errors: If an obvious error occurs in odds, results, or game outcomes (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), oltoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Settlement of Bets: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or game provider. In cases of disputes, oltoto's decision is final.
• Voided Events: If a sporting event is canceled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or declared void, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Togel and Lottery Games: Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional lottery) draws are based on official results published by the relevant lottery authority (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). Draw times and results are published on the oltoto platform immediately upon official release.

Live Betting and In-Play Wagering: Live betting markets are offered on selected sporting events. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, odds may change rapidly. Bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time your bet is confirmed. Delays in bet acceptance may occur due to transmission latency; oltoto is not liable for bets that are rejected due to odds changes during this delay.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oltoto platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your name
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or bonus loopholes
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or oltoto staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the oltoto platform
• Promoting or advertising competing gambling platforms on oltoto communication channels

oltoto employs advanced fraud detection systems and actively monitors user activity for suspicious patterns. Violations of these prohibitions will be met with strict enforcement measures, including account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by oltoto

oltoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Your account is subject to legal investigation or regulatory inquiry
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• You have outstanding debts or chargebacks with oltoto

In the event of account suspension, we will investigate the matter and may request additional documentation. Pending resolution, your account balance will be frozen, and you will not be permitted to place new wagers or request withdrawals.

10.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the oltoto platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion options include:

• 24-Hour Cooling-Off Period: Your account will be temporarily locked for 24 hours.
• 1-Month to 6-Month Exclusion: Your account will be locked for the selected period and automatically reopened upon expiry.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Your account will be permanently closed with no option for reopening.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with a balance exceeding Rp 10.000 may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 5.000. You will be notified by email before any fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact our support team.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, oltoto shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in game software, odds, or results provided by third-party game suppliers
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard login credentials
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions
• Actions taken by government authorities, including account freezes or fund seizures

Force Majeure: oltoto is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or cyber attacks.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the oltoto platform is to cease using the service and close your account.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the oltoto platform, you must first contact our customer support team at support@oltoto.cam. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

Internal Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Submit your complaint in writing via email, including your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
2. Our support team will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and begin an investigation.
3. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days. In complex cases, resolution may take up to 30 days.
4. You will receive a written response explaining our decision and the rationale behind it.

If you are dissatisfied with our internal resolution, you may escalate the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. Details of applicable ADR providers will be provided upon request.

Binding Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal processes or ADR shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English or Indonesian language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the oltoto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of oltoto International Gaming Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the oltoto platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any content from the platform without written permission
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on oltoto content
• Use oltoto trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the platform

Unauthorized use of oltoto intellectual property may result in legal action and financial penalties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to your use of the oltoto platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

oltoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the oltoto platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

Material changes to these terms (e.g., changes to eligibility requirements, dispute resolution procedures, or liability provisions) will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the platform.
